I learned from one of my favorite fitness gurus this fantastic tip to burning more fat without over exerting yourself or spending hours at the gym! It's called the Fat Burn Walk. How do you do it? Easy! You walk for 45 minutes at a brisk pace at low intensity first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This is an optional time to do it, but most optimum because this is when your insulin and blood sugar levels are lowest from fasting overnight. Walking on an empty stomach ensures you're burning fat and not food in your stomach.
